RUTH FELTON
Ruth Felton is a sales associate in Portland, OR and started her career with Air Van in 1985. She is a graduate of Saddleback College with a specialty in computers and customer relations. She enjoys meeting new people and educating them on the move process to alleviate stress and is with her clients from beginning to end. Having been through a double brain aneurysm in January of 2010 she knows she has the ability to bounce back no matter what life throws at her. She appreciates the support of her Air Van family and knows that when they work together, growth and expansion of the company are inevitable.

RICHARD FELTON
Richard Felton is the manager of our Portland, OR office and oversees all operations. He started his career with Air Van in 1995. He served our country in the United States Marine Corps from 1988-1991. He started out as a crew member and worked his way through the company where he became manager in his current position. He enjoys the opportunity to work with new people on a daily basis and appreciates Air Van’s customer oriented business model.

JULENE SIMS
Julene Sims is a relocation consultant out of our Boise office. Her responsibilities include: selling move services, corporate moves and business development. She also maintains her current active customer accounts by assisting them throughout the move process. She began her career in the relocation industry in 1970 as a bookkeeper and ended up buying that business to learn it from the ground up. She has been with Air Van since 1999. She has taken business courses at BSU and a variety of sales classes as continuing education. She enjoys the relocation industry and gets to meet a wide variety of people and help them through the transition of being relocated. She welcomes the opportunity to go the extra mile for her clients and values how Air Van is always reaching forward for new ideas and ways to improve service.
