Air Van Welcomes Timothy Hall

AIR VAN HIRES TIMOTHY HALL AS VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY

Air Van Moving hires a veteran relocation and moving expert to manage the development and strategy for its facilities in the U.S. and Alaska.

(SEATTLE, WA MAY 1ST, 2012) – Air Van Moving Company, transportation specialists in consumer and corporate household goods moving, specialized transportation services, commercial warehousing and fulfillment services, announced today that it has hired Timothy Hall as Vice President of Development and Strategy for all of their eight facilities throughout the Northwest and Alaska.
As VP of Development and Strategy for Air Van Moving, Hall will be charged with identifying new and emerging markets for Air Van Moving’s transportation and relocation services, constructing product/services offerings, marketing new product/service offerings, and overseeing sales and service delivery.
“With over 20 years in the relocation industry, Tim has a diverse background in moving and relocation products and services. His experience in new account development, strategic partnership management, business operations, and mergers and acquisitions will be a great asset to Air Van Moving and I am honored to have him join our executive team,” states Marc Galvagno, President and Chief Development Officer, Air Van Moving.
Hall’s most recent position was as Vice President of Corporate Channel Management with SIRVA Moving Services. In his role with SIRVA, Hall was responsible for marketing strategy, market assessment for corporate channel products and driving corporate sales for both North American Van Lines and Allied Van Lines. Previously, Hall was Chief Operating Officer for Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) and a Corporate Sales Director for Bekins Van Lines.
